| UNDERWATER FILM ANALYSIS |
|
Swim faster using the latest technique correction with underwater filming. During a series of intensive swim correction sessions we use a state of the art underwater camera to view your swim stroke from beneath the surface of the water. This allows us to film, analyse and make change to any deficiencies in your swim stroke. With the ability to watch your swim stroke under the water as well as on top of it, we are able to analyse your swim stroke from several angles, meaning that your stroke deficiencies can be viewed and improved much more efficiently. The benefit of underwater filming means that we can watch footage of your stroke on pool deck with our pool deck viewing screen. The footage can be downloaded directly and shown to you so that you can see the areas where your stroke needs improvement as the best way for an athlete to make improvement on their stroke is when they can see it first hand. We can then incorporate the drills and exercises required to make the changes into the session, meaning that stroke correction can be made on the spot. At the conclusion of the session we will compile a personalised DVD containing before and after stroke footage, as well as video footage of the drills performed during the stroke-correction session so that you can watch yourself, make the changes and fine tune your stroke in your own time.
