Basic Training Programs

The Basic Training Program is an excellent cost effective program for the ahtlete who needs structure in their training but is not quite ready to commit to a custom training program.

Basic Training programs are available for all distances ranging from beginner to Ironman, and also a number of ability levels. Each detailed program is provided via email in 4, 6 or 12-weekly blocks, depending on the distance that you choose and contains all of the information needed to get you to the start line.

All you need to do is choose your distance, followed by your ability, and the length of time you would like your program to run. We then send you out your detailed program for you to follow to get you to race day and beyond.

Step 1 - Choose your Race distance

  • Beginner
  • Sprint Distance
  • Olympic Distance
  • Half Ironman
  • Ironman

Step 2 - Choose your Ability/Experience

  • Looking to compete in your first Triathlon
  • Just beginning Triathlon (have competed in a few Triathlons only)
  • Competing in your 2nd or 3rd season, but would like to take the next step
  • Competed for 3-5 seasons
  • Looking to complete a goal race, regardless of your experience
  • Want to complete your 1st Half Ironman or Ironman Distance event

Step 3 - Choose your length of Program

  • 6 week program - Beginner only
  • 12 week program - Beginner, Sprint and Olympic Distance
  • 16 week program - Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman
  • 20 week program - Half Ironman and Ironman

Programs start from as little as $10/week and cost no more than $30/week.
