The program runs every Saturday morning, with the main focus being on introducing the children to skill development and fitness in a fun environment. Each week, we will introduce the kid’s to a new skill set, with an emphasis on safety and awareness involved in each of these skills. All personal are fully qualified coaches, and all areas will be properly supervised to ensure that your child is in safe hands throughout the session. Cycling and running are to be carried in and around the grounds of the Mornington Park and there are always sufficient coaches on hand to ensure that all children are safe when riding on the road. Swimming will take place down at either Mothers or Mills beach (depending on conditions) with plenty of water supervision including members on water craft out in the open water. Children of all levels and abilities are welcome to participate, and all participants are required to have the following equipment. However, as each week will cover a different focus, you will be informed via our weekly email of what equipment is required for the upcoming week’s session. - Bathers or swimming shorts - Goggles (if required) - Bicycle (all bikes are welcome as long as in safe working order) - Bicycle Helmet (children will not be allowed to participate without a helmet) - Running shoes
PRICINGAs per the informational flyer, the cost of each session is $15. However, if you have more than one child participating the additional child/children will only be charged $10 per session. In addition to this, you can also pay upfront to receive a package discount. This discounted price is $150 for the whole 12 weeks for a single child. If you have an additional child they will be charged at $100 for the 12 weeks. Per Session Single Child $15 |
